What if my flight is delayed?
As long as we have been notified of the flight number before you travel and there is an out of hour service available, the car rental partners will wait for you (although an out of hours charge payable locally may occur.)
Can I book over the telephone?
We give priority to bookings made via email or via our website. By avoiding the costs of telephone support we are able to reduce the rates for all our customers. However if you prefer to book your car over the telephone you can contact our Reservations Department with any quieries you may have.
